Michael has over 25 years experience in general management and CEO roles across a wide range of industry sectors. He has a strong background in strategy development and execution, the development of leadership competencies and the design and review of business systems.
Michael is a member and graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, an accredited leadership coach and a member of the Australian Institute of Professional Facilitators.
Michael’s broad experience means he is comfortable working across a wide range of sectors from government to IT and engineering.
Trevor provides advice and service to employers over a wide range of Human Resource Management matters. His areas of expertise include, leadership coaching, leadership training and development, psychological assessment, assistance with the negotiation, drafting and processing of workplace agreements, performance management, disciplinary procedures, conflict resolution facilitation and training, staff counselling, job evaluation, job redesign, assistance in introducing competency based career paths and executive recruitment.
Trevor has had over 20 years of experience in senior Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management positions in one of Australia’s top 50 companies and in his subsequent consulting practice. He is a Registered Psychologist in New South Wales.
Since 1994, Stephen has worked as Human Resources Manager, Operations Manager, Finance Manager, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director. During this time Stephen has led a restructure of a group of companies which included two acquisitions and one merger, as well as the implementation of two new divisions. Expansion into offices in two separate geographical regions also occurred as part of this growth strategy. He has also been responsible for overseeing the development and commercialisation of a number of new services and products.
Stephen holds an Advanced Diploma of Business Management and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Australian Institute of Management, is an accredited facilitator and accredited Leadership Coach.
Stephen’s broad experience covers all aspects of leadership and management from strategy development to policy development and procedural implementation. This encompasses all areas of business including financial management, human resource management, occupational health safety and environment management, risk management, IT processes and corporate governance.
